Rental Agreement will be month to month: Monthly Rent: $1500 Refundable Deposit: $1500
Small pets will be considered with additional $500 deposit All bills included

Hi, my name is Wendy and you’ll be sharing the home with my 7 year Boston Terrier and I!

I’m originally from Seattle but moved to Los Angeles 3.5 years ago. Moved for a job, stayed for the sunshine :) I do work from home but will be using one of the bedrooms as an office so I won’t be taking up the common spaces for work.

I enjoy spending time outdoors in my free time; hiking, beach, fitness classes, good eats, and concerts/festivals.

I’m hoping to find a roommate who share similar interests. It would be great if we can hang out sometimes - but mostly keep to ourselves.
