Zakiya's room

I moved in with my brother over the last 4 months and we are looking for another tenant! The application is $75, and you can’t have any drug charges because they’ll defintely do a background check. Internet and electricity are all we have to pay for. The same things apply,we are animal and 420 friendly. It’s your own room and a shared bathroom with my brother. Together, the house has 5 parakeets(my room),one cat(my brother), and one dog(mine also). The rent is 750, and so that’s the deposit. Our lease is until March,and if we all agree on renewing the lease,im completely okay with that too! We’re looking for someone before the end of the month!

It’s me and my brother,we’re super chill. My brother is at work most of the time except Tuesday and Wednesday. If you have a schedule, we’ll make sure we’re quiet at certain times,like if you work early or something but we are night owls so be aware of that. We love to cook ,watch anime, play video games,and hangout with our animals when we’re not working!
