Center Street

this property is located in a great area, with a bus station just around the corner, as well as several main roads. despite being located rather centrally, the property is relatively quiet. The property has a Gym and pool, and there is an in-unit washer and dryer along with a dishwasher. the bedroom itself is unfurnished, but there is furniture in the rest of the apartment. we have unlimited 5G internet, which is included in the utilities. due to an unexpected departure of one of our roommates, the extra room does need to be filled ASAP. please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Currently, the apartment is occupied by my roommate and I. Samantha and Braden respectively. I currently work as a Paraprofessional at a local school as well as attend UVU as a social work student. my roommate works as a piercer at a local tattoo shop.
