Shelby's room

I own a 3 bed/2.5 bath end unit townhome and am looking to rent out a room! It is a private room with a bathroom that would be shared with the guest bath. There is a laundry room upstairs as well. The downstairs has a large living room with a fireplace as well as a kitchen and dining room. There is a half bath located downstairs across from the garage. The property is in a quaint little neighborhood in Duluth near Gwinnett Place. The neighborhood is quiet and has a shared pool that is open in the summer. I live at the property with my cat, Khaki, who is sweet and snuggly!

I am a pediatric icu nurse at CHOA and work nights. I do sleep during the day between shifts so if someone were to work from home they’d need to watch their noise level or keep the door closed. Otherwise, I’m very laid back but do appreciate a clean space. My cat has her own little room in the closet under the stairs and all of her things are tucked away in there so there isn’t an issue of smell. She’s a sweet senior cat that loves belly rubs and laying in the sun!
