Hello there! We have a room opening up in our house beginning 1 November.

Room is 15’ x 15’ (or thereabouts), is in the middle of the house, and has its own sink as well as a pretty decent-sized closet. You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with myself and current housemate but there is a half bath should you need to just use the restroom.

We have a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Yes, you read that right - a washer and dryer inside the house! Whoooo! No need to go to the laundromat.

We’re on Fillmore at Hayes with the 22-Mission Bay right outside and the 21 around the corner. Market is ~10 minutes away and the Castro is ~15-20 minutes (based on my memory from when I was a sprite lad).

We do have 2 dogs, Dolce and Nala, both pitties. That said, you need to get along well with them since they’re our heart in a (short) fur coat, despite the fact that they’re blockheads sometimes. Given that, we can’t accept pets at this time. 2 blockheads is enough to drive anyone batty.

Monthly rent is $1100. There is NO deposit - you just need to pay that move-in month’s rent. Room also comes furnished (dresser, bed, bookcase, lamp) but can come not-furnished if so desired.

Utilities run ~$60-70 which sometimes bumps into the $80 range during the winter (thanks PG&E). Internet is included.

About us: I work from home but spend quite a bit of my time away from the City. When I’m here, I am holed up in my room working. Tamara (the aforementioned housemate) does facilities and repair work for some managed buildings. We’re past the “let’s go to the CLUBBBB” stage. We’re more in the “wanna go to the Costco clubhouse?” stage.

We’re quiet and keep to ourselves. We don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs and prefer the same.
