I’m looking for a clean, easy going and communicative, professional. The move in date is flexible and can be prorated. I’m located on 10th Ave near the beautiful Golden Gate Park. 7 minutes on train to UCSF Parnassus or a 15 minute walk. Short walk to 9th and Irving restaurants, bars and boutiques. Everything you need in a two block radius. The place is zen and clean. Must be okay with one very sweet kitty named Sophia. Water and recology are paid for, PG&E and internet is split 50/50 which comes out to about 50 each a month or 80-100 if it’s a cold month. Washer/dryer in building, it takes quarters.

I’m an optician who likes hanging out with friends, cooking, biking, plant mom, board games, darts, anything in the sun and watching movies! I love socializing with my roomies and having movie nights.
