This is a fully furnished studio with a queen bed for one only,full bathroom with washer and dryer in unit, and a full kitchen. including sink, full refrigerator , oven and microwave. Unit also has a standing closet rack, dresser, dining table and breakfast nook. Smart TV , WIFI is also provided. Unit has its own private entrance with keys and one parking spot. Unit is located down a flight of stairs, owners/hosts live in the same house, but the studio apartment is completely separate from the house, with only one private entrance for guests. Hosts are able to be on call for emergencies 24/7 and are easily reachable by phone from 8am - 8pm.

We are family of 5 , we have three little Yorkies dogs , my husband and I from South America.
