Three bedroom, two bath, in home washer/dryer and a spacious living room. We are on the 11th floor and every room comes with a great view of the city. The Parq is a perfect place for anyone looking to live the in Wilmington area. In walking distance to trolley square, restaurants, conveniences and any other essential places/things you may need!
About the roomies
Two females, 23 and 24 and a friendly and loving dog (Franklin is Mini Dachshund).
Hi I am Kasidy! I moved from out of state to Delaware a little over two years ago. I work full time in the service industry. In my free time I like to see friends, watch tv, listen to music, go out and am always up for a wine night!
My other roommate, Maria is very friendly, responsible and tidy. Franklin is her dog. She also works in the service industry and shares similar interests as myself.
