Hi everyone! I am looking for a housemate to live with me in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Oakland. The large 11’ x 13’, unfurnished master bedroom is move in ready and includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet. (Included a Queen air mattress for scale, not included in rental). My house is conveniently located right in between the 580 and the 880 for easy commuting. Located within a friendly HOA-regulated neighborhood. Costco, Trader Joe’s, USPS, Planet Fitness, Oakland Zoo, Merritt College, Oakland Airport, Coliseum and San Leandro Bart are accessible in less than a 10 minute drive. About a 40 minute commute to SF by Bart. I am looking for a nice, respectful housemate who is generally conscientious and cleans up after themselves. Hi! I’m 27 years old and I WFH as a graphic designer with a few days in the office a month. I will be home a lot so ideally I’d like to find someone who is open to connecting as friends (but not required)! I am naturally more introverted, and love pursuing creative interests so you’ll likely see me doing lots of crafts around the house and chatting/gaming on discord with some weekends out. I may also occasionally host small gatherings and you would be welcome to do the same or join my friends and I.
