About the roomies

You’ll be sharing an 1840 sq ft home with one semi-retired, 65 year old female and 3 cats. I am a pet portrait artist and will be on the opposite side of the house occupying the 2 guest bedrooms and one office/den area off of the living room. My cats include a 2, 6, and 12 year old, with one cat being quite friendly. The other 2, not so much.

I love my home, keeping it neat and clean and hope to find someone who will be comfortable but respectful of the furnishings provided. Also, finding someone who is fond of cats is important!
