Hello! Looking for a same sex (male, preferably introvert) tenant to live with in my condo. Complete with Red Wood Balcony, 2 car garage, 1 lot space, Your own private bedroom and bathroom w/ standing shower, tons of storage space for whatever you want to store away. Vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans help to save money on heating and improve air flow, plus it has great insulation.
ALL UTILITIES COVERED. YOU ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MONTHLY RENT.
Walls are thick and neighbors are very friendly! Very quiet and peaceful environment! Lots of trails nearby if you like hiking or biking!
(Computer and objects have been moved out. Nice closet space as well)

About the roomies
Just me living here in the other bedroom with its own bathroom! Recently got my Masters Degree in May. Previous tenant moved out in august to go back to school in Madison.
I never have parties or guests over (except my GF every now and again). Iām polite, professional, and fair.
I do my best to create a peaceful and comfortable environment for my tenants. Everybody who has stayed with me has said it was a great deal for what they payed
