Rent includes access to fitness center, clubhouse, 3 pools, and other amenities you usually get with an apartment complex. Rent doesn’t include bills which are split equally between 4 people total. House has all brand new SS appliances, KEURIG and Nespresso machines, plus all new furniture including 4K 65“ TV. House is set up with a $3k Ring security system and located in a very safe area. Also we have a water softener system for the entire house so the water is filtered to .001 microns, super clean.

No smoking or drugs on property, no parties, room is for one person only.

You must have stable income and make 3x the rent (before taxes) to qualify. There will be a $42 background and credit check fee as a part of the application process if you are selected to apply. One month rent. For security deposit (previous tenants all had received their full security deposits returned).

ONE YEAR LEASE REQUIRED.

I have a room available for rent now in my new townhome in the upscale area of Farmers Branch called Mercer Crossing. 3 male tenants currently in their 20s. Very respectful and introverted young men. House is cleaned monthly by maid service.
