Kris's room

I am seeking a female roommate to join me in my 2 BD/2 BA apartment in the Memorial/Spring Branch area (77055). Rent is usually $950/month, given utilities (water, electricity, WiFi). The roommate will have a private bedroom, a walk-in closet, and immediate access to the washer and dryer. A sliding barn door closes off the bedroom and bathroom from the living room, providing more privacy. Still, ample space is available in kitchen cabinets if needed. The apartment is in a gated community. A pool and gym are also onsite. Pest control and valet trash are included in the rent.

I am 23, currently in law school, and work full time, so I stay pretty busy. I have two cats that I spoil rotten, and love finding cool spots in Houston when I am free.
