Hey, y’all! I have a room opening up December 1st in my 3br, 2.5 ba home in South Austin (south of William Cannon) for $1400/mont + utilities. It’s the master br with a private bathroom and two closets, and price includes shared use of the third bedroom as an office/guest space.

Hoping to find a female OR NB individual in or near their 30s with steady income, no cats (sorry! 🤧), who can commit to helping maintain a clean and peaceful home. One dog would be considered on a case by case basis (has to get along with other dogs as I have one).
