Looking for preferably a female roommate to rent 1 or possibly 2 rooms. Willing to consider renting a second room out to the same person for use as a private living space or home office. Rate for 2 rooms negotiable. Split utilities. Renting solar, so I am getting a discounted rate compared to regular pge. Hallway bathroom is used by guests but essentially private, shower/tub is completely private. Sweet well behaved dog and sweet cat in the home. My dog is only home part of the time, always with coparent when I work. 6yr old Female boxer. House is kept clean. Tile floor throughout the living space, robovac does most of the maintenance cleaning. Carpeted bedroom, recently professionally cleaned, door kept closed to pets. Calm and relaxing environment. Quiet well kept and desirable neighborhood. Dishwasher, full kitchen, and laundry. Driveway parking. Relaxing well-kept shaded yard.

I am 32y/o single female. I work full time in healthcare and am looking for a roommate in which to maintain a peaceful drama free home. Other healthcare workers a plus. I would expect you to clean up after yourself (your own dishes, your bathroom, ect.) and I will do all other maintenance cleaning. Home is smoke-free.
