The available room is the master bedroom (upstairs in the townhome) with 2 clothing closets, a storage closet, and a private bathroom. There is access to the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The living room is furnished, but the renter would need her/his own bed.

Rent includes all utilities and high-speed Internet.
