Carole's room

Large private studio apartment type room in a home in Warrenville, SC just minutes from Aiken and USC Aiken and less than 30 minutes from Augusta. Room has a private ground level entrance. Includes a private bathroom just upstairs. There is a queen size futon bed plus a reclining second sofa, and dressers in the room. Room includes a private kitchenette with a double sink, pantry cabinet and several small appliances. All utilities and WiFi included. Non-smokers. Single occupancy. No motorcycles.

Since this studio/room is attached to the main house where I live, I consider this more of a roommate situation rather than an apartment. I have 2 dogs. I have a regular 9-5 schedule and sometimes work from home.
