Looking for someone responsible, clean, respectful, and drama free. It is a family home so please be mindful this will not be made into a party house. Someone who picks up after themselves, does not have over night visitors, and pays rent on time without reminders. No drama and no drugs please.

I am a medical professional who works in Orange County. I enjoy a drama free and clean home, once in a while my kids will turn it upside down but hey that’s the mom life. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and going to concerts or bars for drinks here and there. I’m a very outgoing and transparent person and I believe communication is the key to success. I would like someone to occupy the bedroom who has intentions of caring for it like if it was their own home too.
