About the room
I’m looking to rent 1 room in my townhouse. It is on the second floor, and you will share a bathroom with a second tenant. Also included is a unfurnished family room downstairs, and some storage space in the basement. The house is all electric, and you will pay one share of the utilities (water, electric). The room is 11’x12’ plus a closet. The family room that’s included is about 12’x13’. A lease will be signed before you move in. The house has one cat. This is a non smoking house.
About the roomies
Currently, the landlord (me) is just living here. But I plan on having another tenant in the 3rd bedroom as well. I like playing tabletop games, board games, and PC gaming.
