Medium room in fully furnished basement. You can make a living room in the large basement if you would like. You would have your own bathroom as well. Free reign over the common areas. Large garden and greenhouse in the back yard. I am clean and organized. Plenty of parking, large back yard and very peaceful and lots of foliage.

I I am a single Dad with a 4 yr. old boy and 15yr and 19yr old girls. I have all of my kiddos 50/50 - I am in need of a light helper, around 10 hours a week. In trade you can have your space free of charge and you can also use the food that I stock in the house. We are very healthy, eat mostly Organic and keep a very clean home.

I am not looking for a roommate/relationship scenario, I am with the mother of my son, and we run our businesses together and raise our son, but we do not live in the same home as we live too differently. Her house is only 2 blocks down the road. We have family dinner every other Sunday and you would be welcome to any of our family events (we are very family centric) We have alot of toys and are always out doing fun things in the summer or winter. I am gone about 10 days every month as I am building a business in Washington right now. I do not drink or do drugs (other than 420) - So you cannot be a heavy drinker or alcoholic.
