Ang's room

This is a one bedroom and own bathroom just recently came available in an apartment on the first floor. The bathroom is in the hallway and does have the shared washer & dryer. This room is unfurnished. Short-term living opportunities are highly preferred (1-3 months, week to week). Currently, price is $725 including electric, gas, water, trash, internet, and security. Please note: that having pets will/can increase the price minimally. Price can be negotiable and has been negotiable for the right occupant. There is a $250 security deposit required for move in. Of course a in-person meeting/interview will be conducted in which specifics can be discussed and/or negotiated and a virtual walk thru will be provided.

Well, I am a professional and naturally hospitable woman in which I work a lot. I enjoy hosting. For the most part, I stay to myself and I am very big on my privacy and respect of mine and others’ space. I am very clean and organized.
