Looking to rent a 1 bedroom in a town house. I am looking for a female between 23-28 to rent a room in a room in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. There is a private bathroom with potential to be a shared bathroom when necessary . Room comes with smart TV, book shelf, queen bed frame, box spring, and mattress, side table, and walk in closet. other common rooms are kitchen, laundry, living room, half bathroom.

I am in my mid twenties. I have a small energetic dog. I work a hybrid schedule. I enjoy hosting game night, family dinners, and movie nights. I work a hybrid schedule currently so it varies on when i am home. Currently it is just me, however there is always a possibility for another roommate to be added.
