About the room
The apt is in the world tennis club. There’s tennis courts, a pool and jacuzzi and a restaurant opened seasonally at the pool. There’s a small washer and dryer in apt. Parking in the lot. I am a 27 yo female, I work in the service industry and will be in and out sometimes late. Im a homebody, my days off are Monday and Tuesday and I’ll be home cleaning, cooking and exercising. I like to keep a clean space! :) There is ac and a bathroom next to the spare bedroom with a bathtub and shower. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath upstairs apt.
