This is a pet friendly non smoking community. MBTA friendly - free parking and $40 for a reserved spot. 2bed 2 bath walk in closet with laundry off the kitchen. 1st floor with patio.

I am 43F and my 100lb purse puppy is 12M. Obviously a meet and greet to make sure you and the pup get along is a first step. I’m a teacher, sometimes working late, and take long drives with my dog just for the heck of it. My home is my re-energizing space… sometimes that’s alone and sometimes with friends. Not a big late night partier but not against the idea once in a while. Enjoy cooking when I have the time. My room is sometimes overwhelming, but I try really hard to make sure the shared space is always tidy and ready for either of us to have guests.

You will be taking over my current housemate’s lease - the lease is up at the end of July so you and I will figure out if we want to stay on or find new diggs at that point.

I’m looking for someone who has their own life and enjoys a respectful mutual living environment.
