Photos were taken prior to move in Home in the Ord Military Community of Seaside. I will be moving in mid-December. Covered parking, ample storage, small side yard. Shared driveway with the home next door, but parking is available in the driveway and on the street. W/D hookup but don’t currently have units. 1 bedroom and separate office space with own personal bathroom is available for a single person. You will be able to help convert the space into a home, as I have limited furniture. Already have the basic kitchen stuff! Close to Fort Ord and CSU MB. A background check is required as this is military housing, and b/c it is military - the home is not cannabis friendly. Utilities not included in rent price - PG&E, water/sewage, internet, etc.

I am a biologist here in Monterey. I love plants, birds, and anything outdoors! My ideal roomie is friendly, clean, organized, and lives a healthy lifestyle. I work full time, one day a week is telework. Home in the evenings and most weekends. I love to adventure and travel, but also take it easy at home. I would like to develop a small garden in the side yard - only food and native plant species.
