Divya's room

Hi! I’m looking for some roommates to fill a townhouse with me, just north of city park. The room you would fill has a private bathroom, and is available for long term rental (at least 12 months) for 1500 a month, with an option for renewal. The area is safe and peaceful, but has easy access to both the downtown Denver scene and Cherry Creek scene by being near a bus station. City Park, Denver Zoo, Museum of Nature and Science are walking/biking distance. Some notes:

• I am vegetarian, and would like to have roommates that are willing to keep a vegetarian kitchen.
• No pets allowed! I have allergies that manage to flare up at the worst times
• Room is not furnished, but can be for an added price. These pictures are with previous furniture.
• Street parking is plentiful and free. Prices are negotiable for the right roommates!

A little bit about myself: I am 23, a civil engineer, and I work downtown Denver. I love to cook and eat, I enjoy singing, dancing, and all the outdoorsy things: snowboarding, skiing, running, hiking, climbing, swimming, etc. I’m big into books. I love reading, and I’m still pretty new here, so I’m really hoping to make some friends in my roommates as well! Please reach out if you have any questions.
