Utilities/internet not included in price. There’s technically 2 rooms, 1 is a pretty big rectangle room, plenty of space for all my crap. The 2nd room is like a living room that was converted into a bedroom, so it’s probably twice as big. Cheap and pretty good spot for anything you need (Store wise). Crazy good internet. Mother-in-law “apartment”, basement level. Street parking. The upstairs people are not quiet and break the washer and dryer all the time.

I’m pretty chill, i go to work or take classes, if i’m free i usually play videogames.

Don’t bring your religious or political bullshit with you. Insane drug habbits that ruin your life are not welcome. If you do onlyfans just keep it down, sheesh.

That’s basically the level of restrictions i’m putting on this place.
