This is property is near everything you will ever need. There is a gym 10 minutes walk away . There is always parking available around the building. The people are super nice and respectful. You have an access to the roof with a great view of the New York skyline. This is only available for one roomate. There is a huge living room and kitchen. There are sooo many great things!
The roommate is a female working professional who is open for anyone who is respectable and clean. She is a great roommate who listens to your concerns and addresses them.
