A beautiful, finely furnished private bedroom with en suite private bathroom. The queen bed is extremely comfortable! The room shares the third floor with myself and the washer and dryer. The patio has a large outdoor seating area and fire pit, a table with six chairs, and lush green landscaping surrounded by trees, so you can enjoy true San Diego-style indoor/outdoor living! Directly across the street is the clubhouse, where you have access to a gym, large hot tub, grills, and a resort-style pool just steps away! The second floor is a large but cozy shared living space, including the kitchen, dining nook, dining room, and living room. The first floor has a private bedroom that is also rented out.
The house is in Otay Ranch, an exquisitely master-planned community surrounded by lush vegetation. Biking paths, hiking trails, and many trees and flowers are abundant in this beautiful neighborhood. Walk four houses down and you can enjoy an incredible sunset in our large park. The Otay Ranch Town Center is less than half a mile away. A decent walk or a short bike ride will get you to the library, the food court, the delicious Brazilian brewery Novo, and the beautiful new mall. The area is surrounded by dozens of parks. Tree-shaded biking paths surround the entire city. Otay Lake is less than ten minutes away, with incredible views at its large park vistas, kayaking, fishing, and hiking. Nature in the mountains is ten minutes away, while the ocean and beach are 15 minutes away. Views of the ocean can be seen when driving through the neighborhood. I truly love this area! All of the main city neighborhoods are roughly 20 minutes away, including Coronado, downtown/Gaslamp/Little Italy, Hillcrest, North Park, and Mission Beach.

A little about me (the owner, who you will be sharing living space with): I am a 37 year old professional in the medical field. I am from Utah, born and raised in the mountains. I have a 11 month ild Yorkie Schnauzer named Liam. He can bark when the doorbell rings and when he wants to play, but he is very friendly and loving. I am extremely clean and tidy. I love the outdoors and especially the neighborhood. The right tenant will be understanding and patient while I train a puppy, as he can make messes in his play pen and bark.
