 The house is located at a walk able distance to GMU Fairfax.
 The basement has an entry from outside.
 The basement has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchenette.  2 rooms are already rented. The available room for rent is for 1 person only.
 The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The room is huge with 30’ X 9’ in size.  The basement floor is half above the ground with windows for lots of natural lights.
 The bathroom with bathtub and laundry will be shared with 1 person.
 There is no kitchen access. There is a kitchenette with hot plate, microwave, full fridge, coffee machine, bread toaster, rice cooker, etc.
 Prefer someone vaccinated and boosted. This is a Covid conscious house.  No Pets in the house due to allergy.  Background check will be run.  Rent for the room is $1000 per month including all the utilities. The electricity, gas, water, trash, 1GB High speed Internet, all included in the rent.

The other roomie is a student. He is full time student. He goes to school 2-3 days a week. You will share the kitchenette, bathroom and laundry with him.
