The house is about 1 mile east of Mass Ave., just south of 10th St. on the Near East Side in an area that is quickly gentrifying. The house is over years old, sat abandoned for years before being restored in . The photos show the shared space and the master bedroom you will be renting. The place is fully furnished, including a fully stocked kitchen. Your room has a 50“ Roku TV, closet, private bathroom, queen bed, flip up/down desk/table, nightstands, and excellent blackout curtains. All the toilets include bidets! I have super fast internet through ; the 5G antennae is in my neighbor’s yard. Fenced backyard with small deck, shed, flowerbeds and small garden. Limited storage space available in the basement. There is a parking area in the ally and ample street parking in front of the house. My bedroom and office are on the second floor.

I am an easy-going and accepting person, empathetic, respectful with a dry sense of humor. I like to keep my living space clean and organized and prefer a roommate who is also wired this way. I enjoy cooking, travel, board games, small dinner parties and deep conversation. I am not into watching sports or video games, but, of course, it is fine if you are. I have a small media business an work from home or on the road.
