Available unfurnished room for rent. Tenant will share utilities and internet/cable (Spectrum) with myself, and one other roommate. Also expected to help maintain lawn. Bathroom is shared with only one roommate. Backyard has grill, lights, and seating for outdoor chilling. Also, there’s a spare room with a treadmill available for use.
I have two small dogs that are crate kept when I’m away or at work. I work a lot of hours and at night so you’ll see little of me. My other roommate works days and spends his weekends out of town. The two of us mostly keep to ourselves. I’m pretty laid back, am home on weekends with my dogs just relaxing or cooking. Neither my roommate or I have many visitors, so our home is mostly quiet and traffic free. I only play music throughout the house sometimes when I’m cleaning or cooking.
