Baywood Drive

I’m in search of a roommate. I live in Corona have a 2 bedroom 2 bath, kitchen and living room are fully furnished. We have a pool and gym in complex. Rent averages at about 1300 including garbage, water, sewer, gas, and electricity (does not include wifi). Located in between 2 freeway entrance for the 15 and close to the 91. Also located between/near several shipping centers. There is lots of free guest parking but it can fill up during the night. I do have one carport just in case there is no parking when one of us gets home. Current lease is until June, open to discussing renewing if we enjoy the living situation, but also I’ve been wanting to move closer to Long Beach area.

I have 1.5 Chihuahuas(one is 13 years old and a little handicapped) lol. I like going to music festivals and traveling. I work 3 days a week 12hr shifts and my days off I’ll either be working Lyft, hanging out at home, or visiting family. I’m originally from Northern California (Bay area and Sacramento), so I try to go visit when I can. Looking for someone chill, can help keep common areas clean, has good communication skills, respect, and would be nice to be able to kick it with the roomie but like that’s not a requirement. Currently someone living in room so can’t take photos of it but it is very spacious and there is a full bathroom connected to it. Current roommate will move out as soon as I find a replacement.
