This home has been totally remodeled with all new flooring, paint, and large outdoor spaces with numerous areas to entertain outside.

The available Bedroom is unfurnished (photos attached show a queen bed). Will share a bathroom with one other roommate who is clean. The bathroom has two sinks and two showers. Main areas are furnished, including living room and fully-stocked kitchen. Also includes a two-car garage space for storage.

Earliest move in of 11/1/23 and will run through 5/31/24. It is common for the current roommates to renew the lease for another year, landlord is great and flexible. Monthly rent for the bedroom is $1900, utilities shared among the roommates is approximately $150 a month. November will be prorated based on the established move in date. Security Deposit is $3,475 which is paid per tenant.

Comfortable single-family homes and low-rise apartment buildings provide the majority of living space in the quiet Riviera neighborhood, found in the very south end of Redondo Beach. You will join three other late 20s/early 30s professionals in this well-kept home. We have a good relationship with the landlord, and applications should expect to meet the other tenants and complete a standard application process.
