Hello! I am looking for a female renter to rent out the back room, it is 10ft x 19ft spacious room with a closet. It has been completely remodeled (New drywall and paint and flooring. There is a shared kitchen and two bathrooms. Please text me or call me if you would like to come check out the room and meet me. It will be ready in one week. Im installed a mini split as well (AC/heating) I’m willing to wait to meet someone that is the right fit.

Rent is $1,200 and $80 for utilities including high speed internet, and all utilities Deposit: $1280
