My awesome roommie is leaving by the end of the month and I’m hoping to fill her room with someone who’s a working professional.
Unit comes with:
2 bedroom 1 bath Washer/Dryer in unit 2 parking stalls (one available for you) Refrigerator Shared living room Pool Hot tub Tennis court Security
Rent covers everything including utilities. Just asking for a preliminary phone call to screen and then we can have you come take a look at the unit either virtually or in person. I will be finishing the application process at the latest by the October 25.
