One bedroom available in a 3 bedroom one story house on 2.5 acres of land. Fully fenced all the way around with private parking, and a remote controlled gate. Room is located on the far side of the house with a sliding door and lock, completely private Shared kitchen and private fridge . Front door access to the porch. Porch has spot available for small table . Nice open fresh air with a wide open view out looking valley view casino, distance to town is about 15 to 20 minutes . Considering respectful, clean, single male or single female working full time . Terms and conditions are subject to change as agreement proceeds .
Rules.
- Noise is kept at a reasonable volume to accommodate peace and tranquility and respect for other tenants .
- Visitors are welcome only on the weekends according to tenants schedule . No overnight staying.
- Quiet hours after 10pm

Mother and son living on site son working full time . Respectful , nature loving , and community oriented family . We enjoy cooking , gardening , watching tv, and arts and crafts
