Looking for a new roommate into my my home. Home come decked out with a pool, outside fire area, and garage converted into a bar and gym area. $500 deposit asked up front, all I ask is that you share who you are, Facebook if possible. Utilities are $250, including, trash, gas, electric, water, pool cleaning and cleaning lady. Bedroom available is the downstairs bedroom, with a full bath.
