This apartment complex is quiet, nestled next to the Microsoft complex in the Bell-Red area. Many trees, good parking, easy access, trash-sewage-water utilities are combined, internet is already installed. The complex is pet-friendly and smoke-free. The kitchen is a good size, and there is space in the apartment’s common areas for more furniture if you intend to bring any. The room being offered is the master bedroom (12ftx10ft), with a pop-out window area (2ft deep, 4ft 4 inches wide) and a double-sided walk-in closet (7.5 ftx3ft 10 inch) with ample space for storage above and below clothing racks. The room also has 5 outlets, a built-in electric heater, and also an A/C unit available.

The master bedroom also has a second door, in the walk-in closet, connected to the shared bathroom. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer (Brand new!) the floors are carpeted, except for the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a small balcony off the kitchen area. Here is a link to the apartment’s 3-D tour, the only difference in the unit we leased is the kitchen has the balcony entrance and the living room has the big window instead, and the kitchen is bigger (aligned with the other side of that hallway entrance). We are on the second floor, so no vaulted ceiling either.

Also, the complex has a gym and outdoor pool. There is also easy access to bus stations and food or groceries within 1 or 2 miles.

I am Mengdi (She/Her) 24 years old. My previous roommate will be leaving (unexpectedly for family reasons) in November and I am looking for a new roommate to move in by December and be added to the existing lease (10 months left). I enjoy spending time cooking and resting in the apartment, the apartment isn’t really for hosting and I am looking for roomies who also don’t mind keeping the apartment a relaxed and chill place. I am Chinese and am working in the US after obtaining my degree here. I have a stable income and do/will split all bills and rent 50/50 with my roommate. I am more of a morning person but don’t mind staying up late to talk or hang with my roomie sometimes. I love shows and movies, especially Chinese, and also enjoy computer games and card games. I tend to be more on the tidy side, but am very accepting of other lifestyles unless it borders on unhealthy, especially in common areas.
