One bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment at 19th and Graf Apartments. The apartments includes stainless-steel appliances, refreshing spa, and a fitness club w/ strength and cardio gym, and a beautiful park right outside your door! The room has a walk in closet and a detached personal bathroom. A large living room that will be fully furnished (I’m replacing the rug and couches that are in the living room). Washer and dryer are in unit and we have a 3rd floor balcony view of Hyalite! Open parking in the parking lot and I have two very sweet pups who live in the apartment. No more pets please! My dogs are very very well mannered and easy to live with. They wont say no to more pets belly rubs. Just a warning, they become potential tripping hazards after receiving some attention. Rent is about 1500 after utilities, usually less.

My current roommate is moving out and I will take more photos after she has moved her stuff! Room available November 1st. You must be approved through the 19th and Graf apartments to move in!

I’m a 25 yo female looking for another quiet and clean FEMALE roommate with similar interests. I am not home much between school and work and my desire to be in the mountains but love to have laid back nights at home. I hike, camp, rock climb, and love to be out in nature.
