The home is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 1,850 sqft property, built in 2020. We have 2 identical rooms available for rent, each around 140 sqft in size, with a shared bathroom between the two. The rooms are blank canvases, yet our common areas are thoughtfully furnished. We’re open to making the common areas feel more like home for you and would be happy to discuss adding any furnishings you might have in mind.

Utilities are separate from rent and typically run about $120 per person during the summer, and around $80 in the winter, covering electricity, water, internet, garbage, and more. Speaking of the internet, we have Google Fiber, ensuring fast and reliable connections.

Our neighborhood is full of friendly and active folks. You’ll even have access to a recreation center with a pool, basketball court, and event room. It’s like an extended part of your home!

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate additional pets as our German Shepherd, Zuko, occupies the only pet spot. Small pets like fish may be considered on a case-by-case basis with the property owner’s approval.

Our house is a corner property, offering a covered back patio with a comfy couch and a cozy backyard. It’s the perfect spot to relax when the weather’s nice.

Parking is a breeze with two spots in the driveway and additional street parking. It’s first come, first served, but there are always spaces available.

We’re conveniently located near major roads like I-35, 183, and 290. Just 10 minutes from the Domain, 20 from Downtown, and 20 from Cedar Park, making it easy to explore the town.

All tenants have access to the washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, natural gas stove, and oven. We share some household supplies, but you’ll need to bring your own laundry detergents.

Safety and convenience are our priorities. We have a video doorbell, WiFi thermostat, keyless touchpad entry, and security cameras for 24/7 coverage. You’ll have access to all these amenities, along with your own keypad code.

Our home is currently shared between siblings Nick and Marissa. We’re very different individuals but find common ground in our youthful and sociable ways. We each relish spending time with friends, attending events, and unwinding peacefully at home. Cleanliness and mutual respect for one another and our shared spaces are important to us.

It’s worth mentioning that we’re fully vaccinated and are very LGBTQ+ friendly. Neither of us smoke, but we do occasionally enjoy a drink. Our household has always maintained a generally calm and peaceful ambiance. Since moving in, in 2020, we’ve had the pleasure of renting alongside 3 amazing long-term tenants! Now, two rooms are available for rent.

A little more about Nick since he wears a unique hat as our live-in superintendent. He is responsible for general maintenance and minor repairs around the house. This includes tasks like changing air filters and cleaning windows, ensuring everything runs smoothly for the homeowner.

Zuko, the delightful, long-coat German Shepherd, happens to be Nick’s furry companion. Zuko is extremely friendly and adores soaking up the sun in his own yard for hours. Even during chilly winters, he often spends his days outside, only to return to lounge in the upstairs hall or Nick’s room. He’s always excited to greet you when you come home. Despite his 75-pound frame, Zuko’s a big softie at heart. He comes and goes through his own doggie door, and Nick takes care of all his food and water needs, so there’s no need to fret about his care.

The house is privately owned, and not managed by a corporate landlord, ensuring that assistance and communication are readily accessible when you need them.
