Erick's room

Renting a 12x12’ room in my historic house. The room shares a bathroom with one other person and is located on the second floor. We all share the kitchen and common spaces. We are also building a garden and other shared projects for the house.

This Victorian Farmhouse is shared by 6 people and is 3 stories. Everyone gets along. Mostly young professionals/artists with the exception of the older couple downstairs who are mostly always home and super helpful. We occasionally have group dinners and are starting some house projects such as a garden.
