Kayla's room

We are offering two rooms in our spacious 4-bedroom home located near ASU West campus. Each room is available for a flat rate per month, which includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and electric. You’re welcome to have one overnight guest on occasion, but consecutive nights are not allowed. Please limit the number of guests during day to a maximum of two at a time, with exceptions for study groups or similar purposes (must notify us prior). Consecutive days are not allowed. All guests must be respectful of the home. We have a quiet time, 9pm. Must be comfortable with a friendly medium-sized dog. No other pets. No couples, children or parties. Smoking cigarettes is prohibited. four-twenty friendly in designated area. Each room is unfurnished, but the remainder of the home is furnished. House shares common spaces; kitchen, dining, living room, family room and laundry.

We’re a married couple who lead a fairly tranquil life, dedicating a significant amount of time to work. Our interests include outdoor activities, cooking, and enjoying movies as a shared pastime. Currently, we’re seeking to lease out a couple rooms for a duration of less than a year, ideally to students who share our preference for a peaceful lifestyle.
