Private upstairs room with private full bath. It is a small house that I rent, it is not fancy with all the modern conveniences, however, it is quiet, safe and I have wonderful neighbors that all watch out for each other, plus I’m only approximately 1 mile from the beach. And 1/2 mile from a grocery store, restaurants, Big lots, etc. The room is Not fully furnished, it does has a brand new beauty rest air mattress if needed and a table and chair if needed. All utilities included, water, wireless, heat, ac, trash, electricity. I’m a semi retired woman and work part time. I have a wonderful small dog who loves everyone. Absolutely NO DRUGS…or excessive drinking and/or overnight guests. This room is available to one roommate only. Unfortunately, I can not have any other pets. Also please have a local job and a car that you can get around in.
