Chris's room

Has a 2-car garage, big back yard, garden area, chickens, in-ground fire pit. Swamp cooler for hot summers. I’m trying to sub-lease the upstairs portion (2 bed, 1 bath). Laundry room would obviously be shared as well as the kitchen. Very quiet area, never any issues. Safeway is within walking distance as well as a few schools if you have kids. Lease is up in March 2025.

Just me right now. I can afford rent and utilities on my own but it would hinder my ability to accomplish more. I do have 2 kids that would be with me part time (some weekends). I plan on the basement being my area and the upstairs being another tenants. You would have to be background checked and whatnot by my landlord (rent by owner, he’s a cool dude)
