Room for rent and a unique opportunity to become a snow bird or just have a vacation home to use in the mountains.

We are looking for mature professional single FEMALE roommate ONLY.

Furnished room for rent with private bathroom in a pool home located in The Villages near Nancy Lopez Golf Course (minimum 12 month lease). Utilities included in monthly rent. Shared fully stocked kitchen, living room and den.

We are an active professional semi-retired couple. We spend 1/2 the year in The Villages and the other half at our mountian lake house; therefore you could have the house to yourself half of the year OR you can spend half the year at our lake house with your own private bed/bath. Our lake house is located in Ellijay, Georgia and is in a gated community with lots of hiking trails and a neighborhood pool. We do our very best to keep a very clean home and expect the same from anyone that shares our home. We maintain a NON SMOKING home (inside and out) and will not tolerate illegal drugs, heavy drinking, parties or drama.

We will consider a non-shedding dog only but it must be house-trained, well behaved and be able to get along with our small non-shedding dog. We will not consider cats.

We are looking for a FEMALE ONLY, we will not respond to any male. Looking for a single mature professional/retired female.

We do our very best to keep a very clean home , we are non-smokers, and maintain a very healthy diet so we do a lot of cooking at home. We also enjoy an occasional cocktail.
