My house is a split level and gated. It is walkable to Rhodes Jordan Park near downtown Lawrenceville. 1 room available for rent that shares a bathroom on the lower level. You would be sharing the bathroom with another roomie. Room is about one hundred sq ft and unfurnished. The kitchen is located on the main level and has newer appliances. Located about 3 miles from Georgia Gwinnett College and 5 miles to Gwinnett Technical College. Easy access to highway.
I typically keep to myself and have 2 puppies and a foster dog. I have a hybrid position and I typically work from home 1-2 days a week.
