About the room
NO Couples: Prefer Women as I have my daughters visit on occassion. (they are adults). Also, we would share a bathroom.
It is a nice apartment off of 99/Kingsland. Easy access from I10. Near the Katy Mills Mall/Kroger/Cinema/Old Katy
The apartment is on the first floor. We will have to share a bathroom. I have two large dogs that are super sweet. They are old and never been aggressive. No smoking in the apartment. I am actually not sure if they allow smoking here. I am a non smoker and I donβt really drink much. The lease is up March 1st, 2023. I am looking for a room mate until the lease expires. I own my own business and work alot.
The apartment is facing a pool and has a very nice gym on the complex. The room is furnished but If you want to bring your own furniture I can store what I have. (It does not change the price) If you want to split the bills I am asking $850 plus bills or $950 all bills included. Prime/Netflix/internet/water/electric
About the roomies
I originally got this apartment with my daughter, but she is not here anymore. So Ideally, I am looking for someone that needs a short term lease. It is for one person, not two in the room.
I own a small business in the area, but travel to clients as well. Most days I work, but try to have Sundays off.
I am a ripe 55 years old, and donβt want someone that is wanting to party or need a βmomβ to take care of them.
I wake up around 4-5 am each morning, and usually in bed by 9-10 pm.
Working out and eating healthy is a passion of mine. I love animals, but extremely allergic to cats, and the apartment has a two dog limit. So if you have a pet, this is not the best fit.
Three of my adult children live in Houston, but donβt visit here except for special occasions. If you want to entertain friends, that is fine, we just need to make arrangements in advance. As I will give you the same respect.
