Quaint, roadside motel offering apartment-style living. All rooms are rented month-to-month and are unfurnished. We are pet friendly up to 2 pets per unit! All currently available units have recently been given a slight facelift along with a deep cleaning! The following utilities are included in the monthly rent: electric, water, trash, parking, Wi-Fi, and monthly pest control. We are excited to announce a move-in special for the month of October! To qualify you must check-in on or before October 31st, 2023 and stay a minimum of 3 consecutive months. Once qualified, you’ll receive a 50% discount applied towards your 3rd month! Hurry, this won’t last long!! In-person tours are offered 7 days a week upon request!

The rooms we have are extended stay motel rooms. You will not be sharing a unit with anyone other than those you apply with. We do have a 2 person limit per unit.
