You’ll get your own bedroom, bathroom, and closet. Please note, it’s the spare room, not the master, so it’s a bit cozier. A spacious kitchen with lots of counter space and ample cabinet storage. A lovely balcony for those peaceful moments. I’ve already furnished most of the common areas to make it feel like home-y. My apartment is in the Marquis at Treetops complex, offering 1330 sq ft of space on the second floor, accessible via an internal staircase. We’re nestled in the greenbelt with a stunning pool, and the back of the apartment opens up to beautiful trails. You’ll feel like you’re in the woods, surrounded by trees and wildlife, including deer. The neighborhood is safe, with runners and bikers aplenty. There’s also a spacious, fenced dog park on the property (but we do have breed restrictions: “No restricted breeds or mix thereof as defined in the following list: American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Terrier, ChowChow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, and Rottweiler (excludes service and emotional support animals).

I’m 26, single, and currently living alone. I work in the tech industry with a fully remote job and I’m also a Master’s student at UT. My degree program is entirely online, so I have a flexible schedule to balance school and work. 🐾 Meet Honey: I share my space with a sweet 4-year-old rescue named Honey. She’s excellent with people but can take some time to warm up to other dogs. Just a heads-up, she’s not a fan of cats. 🌆 My Interests: While I enjoy going out occasionally and would call myself a night owl, I’m not a party animal. You won’t find me on 6th Street every weekend. I’m into painting, reading, hanging out with friends, dancing (DivaDance is my thing), playing pickleball, and more. No smoking or vaping for me!
